Job summary

Qualifications

• Senior leader in player or online safety.
• Experience in live games or digital products with a young or mixed-age audience.
• Proven track record defining a safety position within a company.
• Authority to influence with General Managers and game leads.
• Strong ability to advocate safety by design at all levels.
• Hands-on contributor who writes documents and drafts requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set the LDP player safety standard and baseline.
• Be the single point of accountability for trust and safety at LDP.
• Collaborate with game teams at key decision points balancing fun and safety.
• Embed safety by design across the organisation and educate teams.
• Create risk rubrics, launch checklists and escalation paths.
• Lead the safety tooling roadmap and incident response process.
