LEGO Digital Play in Greater London seeks a visionary Senior Director of Product for Creator Tools to own the end-to-end product strategy for tools that enable both novice children and professional creators. You will guide roadmaps, align with LEGO Brand values of Imagination, Creativity, Fun, Learning, Caring, and Quality, and partner across design and engineering to ship tangible experiences.

As Senior Director, you will work with the Studio team to ensure creator tools inspire memorable

Qualifications

Proven track record in product management for creative tools.
Experience designing for a wide age range and professional creators.
Expertise in building products for children with safety and privacy considerations.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
Strong affinity for LEGO Brand and constructionist play.
Ability to define success metrics and validate concepts with structured playtesting.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for the creator toolset, from building to programming.
Collaboratively refine the creation experience across skill levels with design and engineering.
Partner with the Studio team to ensure tools enable memorable, high-quality experiences.
Champion the health of the creator ecosystem by nurturing advanced creators and published worlds.
