Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in mobile games or high-scale consumer mobile products with strong research emphasis.
• Ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data into design decisions.
• Portfolio showing shipped, player-facing mobile work where research drove decisions and outcomes.
• Strong fluency in mobile design including iOS and Android conventions.
• Understanding of how UI is implemented in game engines and design implications.
• Prototyping skills with Figma and AI-assisted design workflows.
• Excellent communication to socialize research findings with teams and leadership.
• Comfort in early-stage environments with evolving design standards.

Responsibilities

• Partner in player research: plan studies, synthesize findings, and turn insights into design direction for the team.
• Own the UX for player-facing platform features on mobile — flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI specs grounded in research.
• Design for a general audience spanning kids, parents, and adult fans with age-appropriate, safe, and playful experiences.
• Use analytics, funnels, and A/B tests alongside qualitative research to identify friction and measure impact.
• Design mobile-first experiences that adapt across screen sizes, notches, foldables, and orientations.
• Build a component design system consumed by internal teams as a shared tool.
• Champion accessibility and inclusive design, meeting mobile accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to balance user needs with technical realities.
