• Design and delivery track record for new or changed products.
• Knowledge of Global Custody and end-to-end custody models.
• Ability to present clearly in writing and speech.
• Commercial focus with understanding of business financials.
• Risk and control parameters applied in daily activities.
• Experience in custody product management or related ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the digital asset custody roadmap and data/AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors and internal teams on new products.
• Own product definition and end-to-end delivery with tech partners.
• Governance framework maintenance to meet regulatory demands.
• Adapt custody models to evolving regulatory requirements.
• Engage in commercial activity including pricing inputs and contracts.
• Support legal/compliance to keep product delivery compliant.
