The role requires end‑to‑end ownership, governance, and close collaboration with clients, product development, technology, Kinexys, legal, compliance, risk, and sales. The candidate will shape product delivery, support regulatory compliance, and contribute to revenue growth through effective governance, client engagement, and market analysis.

Qualifikationen

• Design and delivery of new or changed products with stakeholder impact.
• Knowledge of Global Custody operating models and controls in practice.
• Strong presentation and written/oral communication skills.
• Commercial focus with ability to read business financials.
• Ability to operate in a regulated environment with risk controls.
• Experience in custody product management or related ownership roles.
• Knowledge of blockchain and digital assets for institutional use.
• Strong stakeholder management in a global, matrixed setting.
• Comfort in client-facing discussions and commercial activity support.

Aufgaben

• Lead the custody roadmap and data & AI initiatives, including wallet and data platform work.
• Conduct market and business case analysis with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Own product definition and end-to-end delivery with technology and ops partners.
• Maintain governance framework to meet regulatory demands and evolving product requirements.
• Interpret and adapt to regulatory changes affecting custody models and servicing.
• Support pricing inputs, RFPs, due diligence, and client contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance to ensure compliant product design.
