Job summary

Santander Corporate & Investment Banking (SCIB) seeks a VP, Global Banking – Technology, Media & Telecommunications to drive account growth and cross-border coverage for multinational TMT clients from our London office.

You will lead client engagements, coordinate product teams, and work across regions to deliver tailored banking solutions including Transactional Banking, Cash Management, Trade Finance and FX. International travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role focusing on Technology, Media, & Telecommunications sectors clients
• Broad experience in Corporate Finance, GTB, FS&A, RSG and DCM
• Excellent analytical, numerical, modelling skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to defend ideas concisely
• Experience interacting with senior stakeholders and international teams

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with UK, Ireland and Nordic multinational clients
• Identify and execute new business opportunities across Transactional Banking, Cash Management, Trade Finance and FX
• Conduct client meetings, including international travel
• Manage sales pipeline and deliver budgeted growth of the portfolio
• Support credit reviews and present to internal committees
• Produce client presentations and pitchbooks
• Provide management information and reporting
