Job summary

Santander Corporate & Investment Banking in London is seeking a proactive Commercial Banking professional to develop and manage a portfolio of multinational clients across Consumer, Retail and Healthcare sectors. You’ll drive revenue growth, deliver tailored banking solutions, and coordinate cross-border activities to meet client needs.

Applicants should have strong relationship-management, analytical skills and the ability to travel internationally.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role focusing on Consumer, Retail & Healthcare clients.
• Broad experience in Corporate Finance, GTB, FS&A, RSG and DCM.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, modelling skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to defend ideas clearly.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with UK, Ireland and Nordic multinational clients, delivering tailored banking and financing solutions.
• Identify and execute new business opportunities across Transactional Banking, Cash Management, Trade Finance and FX to drive revenue growth.
• Conduct client meetings, including international travel.
• Manage sales pipeline and deliver agreed budgeted growth of the portfolio.
• Support credit reviews and present to internal committees.
