Job summary

HarbourVest Partners (U.K.) Limited is seeking an experienced Fund Operations Leader to manage day‑to‑day operations for non‑US evergreen products. You will ensure timely cash management, oversee regulatory reporting and governance, and collaborate across Investor Relations and Product teams.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in fund/product operations within private markets, with strong English communication and hands‑on governance experience, in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years proven experience in fund/product or investment operations.
• Experience with evergreen products and private markets (private equity/debt).
• Strong English written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of non-US based evergreen products.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of fund routines including cash management and deposits.
• Provide regulatory support (e.g., Annex IV, EMIR, PRIIPS).
• Support governance for board meetings and commercial agreements with legal teams.
• Assist with product launches, new share classes, and platform onboarding.
• Lead development and enhancements of process and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Investor Relations, Private Wealth and Product teams on DDQs and queries.
• Support Portfolio Manager and investment specialists as needed.
• Oversee 3rd party service providers from a product perspective.
