Job summary

HarbourVest Partners is seeking a Product Launch VP in a hybrid London role. You will lead the creation and launch of innovative investment products, collaborating with Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Investor Relations to ensure successful market entry.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in private markets or asset management, with a proven ability to drive complex product initiatives and manage large cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in private markets or asset management, focused on structuring, product development, and launches.
• Strong track record of leading multi-disciplinary projects and launching new investment products.
• Familiarity with private equity and private markets mechanics, funds structures, and operating models.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of new products aligned with the firm’s strategy and launch targets.
• Oversee end-to-end product launch from concept to first subscription.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Investments to ensure readiness of operations and documentation.
• Influence product strategy and prioritization across stakeholders and external providers.
