Job summary

JSS is seeking a senior fund operations leader to design and operate the operating model for private markets funds in the UK. You will oversee NAVs, capital calls, distributions, fees, and investor reporting while coordinating with auditors and service providers.

Partnering with the Head of Fund Operations, you will drive onboarding of new funds, oversee Luxembourg-domiciled funds, and shape scalable, automated processes in collaboration with the technology team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of fund accounting, administration, and control experience.
• Experience with private markets fund lifecycles (NAVs, capital calls, distributions).
• Track record overseeing administrators and auditors; launching or migrating funds.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end fund control across a portfolio, including NAVs and distributions.
• Lead oversight framework for administrators and service providers with SLAs and KPIs.
• Manage year-end financial statements, audits, and governance reporting.
