Job summary

CoreWeave seeks a VP, Enterprise Risk and Compliance to own the Global ERM and Compliance function within the Finance team. You will build frameworks, governance, and processes to proactively manage risk at scale, and centralize compliance management.

You will lead a lean risk team, interact with the Board and Audit Committee, and design a comprehensive ERA process with KRIs. The role requires executive presence and experience shaping risk in fast-moving, high-growth technology environments.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in enterprise risk management or related field.
• VP or equivalent enterprise risk leadership role.
• Proven ability to build ERM programs from inception, not just scale existing ones.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-moving environments.
• Strong executive presence with board/audit committee/C-suite experience.
• Experience at high-growth tech/cloud infra firms with international footprint preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and shape the enterprise risk management program.
• Lead and scale the Enterprise Risk team; hire and develop staff.
• Serve as main contact for Board and Audit Committee on risk matters.
• Develop ERA process, risk identification, assessment, and centralized risk registry.
• Design KRIs and an appetite/tolerance framework; enable proactive risk monitoring.
• Coordinate risk assurance across functions and establish a three-lines-of-defense model.
