Qualifications

• Proven experience in debt advisory, leverage finance, corporate finance, or related roles.
• ACA, ACCA, CFA qualification or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong financial modelling skills and ability to analyse complex data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to convey complex concepts.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and banks.
• Solid understanding of debt markets, financing options and regulatory environment.
• Strategic mindset with practical, actionable solutions.
• Collaborative team player capable of cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day management of transaction processes and information packs.
• Conduct financial analyses to assess debt capacity and financing options.
• Prepare and present financial models including forecasts and covenant analyses.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, banks and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Lead Advisory, Research, Valuations, and Modelling teams.
• Stay informed on market trends, rates, and regulatory changes affecting debt.
• Negotiate commercial terms within term sheets and legal documents.
