Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Vice President to lead cybersecurity assessments delivery. You will oversee day-to-day service delivery of security assessments, coordinate global teams, and support execution of the assessments in a client-facing capacity.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of penetration testing, red teaming, purple teaming and other security assessment activities.
• Proven experience with logistical demand of clients and stakeholders.
• Proven experience in project management.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities to anticipate and resolve challenges.
• Communicate with a diverse audience in English, including verbal and written presentations.
• Proven commercial experience with Microsoft Excel, Visio and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage multiple security assessment projects across global teams while maintaining a high degree of communication between multiple stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Anticipate and resolve roadblocks that impact SLA's within the security assessment lifecycle.
• Assist with providing ad-hoc reports and understanding of how to present management information to senior stakeholders.
• Analysis of processes to identify automation, streamlining and improvement opportunities to accomplish common goals.
• Drive process improvement, automation, and operational excellence.
• Consider long term industry trends, in partnership with technical leads, and adapt the service delivery strategy accordingly.
• Build partnerships with security assessment teams based in the US, UK and Singapore.
