Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage multiple security assessment projects across global teams with strong stakeholder communication.
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Anticipate and resolve roadblocks affecting SLAs within the security assessment lifecycle.
• Assist with ad-hoc reports and presenting management information to senior stakeholders.
• Analyze processes to identify automation and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Drive process improvement, automation and operational excellence.
• Consider long term industry trends and adapt the service delivery strategy accordingly.
• Build partnerships with security assessment teams across US, UK and Singapore.
