Testing Site - JPMC in the United Kingdom seeks a Service Delivery Lead for Cybersecurity Assessments to coordinate and manage security projects across global teams, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders and adherence to agreed procedures.

You will support execution of technical assessments, with emphasis on governance, reporting to senior management, and driving process improvements. A security consulting or financial services background is advantageous.

Formación

• Good understanding of penetration testing, red/teaming and security assessments required or preferred.
• Proven experience managing logistics for client and stakeholder needs.
• Proven experience in project management within large orgs.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities to anticipate and resolve challenges.
• Ability to communicate with diverse audiences in English, including presentations.
• Experience with Excel, Visio and PowerPoint for commercial use.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage multiple security assessment projects across global teams while maintaining stakeholder communication.
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Anticipate and resolve roadblocks impacting SLAs within the security assessment lifecycle.
• Assist with ad-hoc reports and presenting management information to senior stakeholders.
• Analyze processes to identify automation, streamlining and improvement opportunities.
• Drive process improvement, automation and operational excellence.
• Build partnerships with security assessment teams in US, UK and Singapore.
