Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Vice President for the Cybersecurity Assessments Delivery Office to oversee day‑to‑day security assessment service delivery.

You will support execution of red teaming, purple teaming and penetration testing in a non‑technical execution capacity with strong client engagement. Ideal candidates will have experience in program and project delivery within large organisations, excellent stakeholder management, and a background in financial services or security consulting.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering security assessments or programs in large organisations.
• Strong project management skills with proven delivery against SLAs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing capabilities.
• Clear, concise English communication across diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage multiple security assessment projects across global teams.
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures in security programs.
• Anticipate and resolve roadblocks impacting SLAs in the assessment lifecycle.
• Assist with ad-hoc reports and present management information to senior stakeholders.
• Analyze processes to identify automation, streamlining and improvements.
• Drive process improvement, automation, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with security assessment teams in US, UK and Singapore.
