Job description

You will partner closely with Program Leads, Employee Relations, Service and Operations teams, HR Product and Technology partners, and Controls and Policy stakeholders to plan and deliver change initiatives. You will manage global control program requirements, including automation enablement and tooling migration, while maintaining a strong risk and controls culture and ensuring high-quality execution.

  • Lead transformation delivery: Own end-to-end delivery of transformation initiatives, including support for automation adoption.
  • Drive migration to new systems/tooling: Plan and execute migration approaches covering process redesign, operating model impacts, governance, control considerations, training, and rollout/cutover while maintaining service continuity.
  • Establish robust change governance: Implement fit-for-purpose governance (delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, decision logs, and executive reporting) to ensure transparent progress tracking and timely escalation.
  • Stakeholder management and influence: Act as a senior delivery partner to Program Leads, Technology teams, Employee Relations, Service and Operations, and control partners; align priorities, negotiate trade-offs, and drive decisions through effective influencing skills.
  • Embed controls and documentation discipline: Ensure changes are designed and implemented with appropriate controls, documentation, and adherence to required standards and procedures.
  • Operational readiness and adoption: Lead change management activities to ensure successful adoption, including communication plans, training needs analysis, materials development, and post-implementation support.
  • Continuous improvement and simplification: Identify opportunities to standardize, streamline, and improve processes and reporting, reducing manual effort and operational risk while improving quality outcomes.
  • Cross-functional transformation support: Contribute to broader control program management and transformation initiatives and other strategic projects across HR Controls, Policy and Infrastructure as they arise, providing structured problem-solving, delivery leadership, and hands‑on execution.
Proven experience delivering complex transformation and/or programme/project initiatives within a regulated, process-driven environment (financial services, operations, risk, controls, quality assurance, audit, or similar).
  • Demonstrated experience supporting adoption of new ways of working, including process change, tooling migration, training and rollout planning, and operational readiness.
  • Strong governance and delivery discipline, with the ability to manage end-to-end plans, dependencies, and status reporting for senior stakeholders.
  • Strong controls mindset with excellent documentation capability, producing clear, accurate, audit‑ready documentation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, including the ability to drive outcomes across multiple teams without formal authority and to handle escalations constructively.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to use data to diagnose issues, prioritize interventions, and track benefits.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Experience supporting quality assurance or quality control programmes.
  • Experience with operating model design or service management concepts.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies and applying them pragmatically in operational settings.
  • Experience implementing AI and intelligent automation tooling to streamline processes, improve control execution, and produce measurable efficiency and quality outcomes.
  • Experience partnering with firmwide control, operational risk, compliance, audit, or similar control stakeholders.
