Job summary

BNY is seeking a Vice President, Client Enablement to drive platform and product enablement across the enterprise from its London offices. The role emphasizes close collaboration with clients and internal teams to scope requirements, manage delivery plans, and implement complex remediation strategies.

You will coordinate across product, delivery, and client stakeholders, ensuring successful implementations while maintaining clear communication with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Advanced degree (MBA) desirable.
• 3–7 years of experience in client enablement or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery plans for client enablement across platforms and products.
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to scope requirements.
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and remediation actions across delivery lifecycle.
• Develop and communicate effective strategies to senior leadership.
• Support sales activities including RFPs and client advisory on requirements.
