Job summary

BNY is seeking a Vice President, Delivery Practitioner to lead complex, product and commercial transformation initiatives. Flexible location in London or Manchester, with a focus on turning ideas into viable solutions for clients and refining market delivery.

You will shape and lead work from concept to delivery, balancing enterprise commercial judgment with practical service development across business, product, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in business, economics, finance, strategy, product, operations, engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in management consulting, commercial transformation, product or service development, technology transformation or complex cross-functional delivery.
• Ability to take loosely defined problems, create structure quickly and progress with limited direction.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen to connect client needs, pricing, contracts, economics and operating capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Frame ambiguous delivery, business or commercial questions and define hypotheses.
• Lead work from idea through validation and delivery, including business case development and mobilisation.
• Consider client value, revenue potential, cost-to-serve, pricing, contracting and operating model implications.
• Partner with client teams, product, tech and leaders to translate needs into feasible solutions.
• Synthesize complex information into clear insights for senior stakeholders.
