Job summary

You will analyse large data sets, identify trends and revenue opportunities, and drive reporting improvements using AI and digital tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in financial services preferred.
• Strong technical and analytical skills with advanced Excel.
• Ability to work independently and with large data sets.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Undertake oversight of pricing and billing across Corporate Trust products and platforms.
• Monitor billing activity for SOX compliance purposes.
• Analyze billing and pricing data to identify trends and revenue opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting using AI and digital tools.
• Communicate complex concepts to stakeholders and senior management.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Engineering and Loans Enablement platforms.
• Lead discussions on process control and change.
• Contribute to risk and control frameworks.
