About the Role

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Billing Representative to join our Client Billing team. This role is located in Manchester.

Responsibilities
  • Support the end-to-end billing process within a strong control and governance framework.
  • Help manage the setup, review, and maintenance of billable products and services, ensuring fees are accurately captured and implemented in billing systems.
  • Build working knowledge of Asset Servicing products and services, including Custody, Accounting, Performance and Risk Analytics, Transfer Agency, Derivative Services, and Regulatory Reporting from a Billing perspective.
  • Investigate and respond to billing-related queries and help ensure invoices are issued accurately and on time to clients.
  • Assist with reducing unbilled, resolving delayed invoice issues, and producing reporting and management information for senior leadership.
  • Partner closely with Product, Pricing, Relationship Teams, Finance, and other Client Billing teams to prevent revenue leakage and support effective revenue capture.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong Asset Servicing or operational background would be desirable.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills with a proven ability to communicate with our stakeholders globally and team members.
  • Experience of using Microsoft Office products, in particular utilizing Excel spreadsheets. Experience using advanced functions would be desirable.
  • Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and execute workload.
  • Understanding of the high-stakes nature of the financial services environment and can confidently navigate the varying demands of the role.
