Job summary

We Are Stronger is seeking an HR Training Officer to design and deliver training programs educating employees, volunteers, and trustees on safeguarding, fundraising ethics, data protection, and workplace conduct. The role emphasizes policy awareness, accessibility, and engaging learning experiences across remote teams.

The ideal candidate will create quizzes, develop e-learning materials, and collaborate with HR to integrate training into onboarding and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in HR training, learning & development, or compliance training.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training sessions on We Are Stronger charity’s policies, including safeguarding, equality & diversity, volunteer management, and fundraising ethics.
• Customize training programs for staff, volunteers and trustees.
• Conduct virtual training sessions ensuring accessibility for all.
• Assess training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Source and use digital platforms to track training completion and compliance.
