Job summary

Royal Mencap Society is seeking a Mentor for the Employ Me programme to support participants with learning disabilities in developing workplace skills and confidence. You will work alongside Mencap staff across teams to promote understanding of workplace expectations and encourage growth.

The role focuses on person-centred support, building trust, and helping individuals gradually take on new tasks, with a strong emphasis on communication and empathy.
