Compensation ranges from £31,319 to £33,824 based on qualifications and experience, alongside generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with people with learning disabilities.
• Proven ability to deliver support and achieve targets.
• Strong knowledge of safe working practices.

Responsibilities

• Support learners with SEN to complete all elements of the program.
• Deliver job coaching and embed maths and English in the workplace.
• Be accountable for learner progression to paid employment.
