Job summary

British Rowing is seeking a Volunteer & Workforce Development Coordinator to provide essential administrative and project support for learning and workforce delivery. You will manage JustGo and RowHow to ensure accurate course and participant data and support safeguarding and inclusion commitments.

You’ll liaise with the Education Team, oversee learner journeys from enrolment to certification, and assist with planning a rolling calendar of learning opportunities while supporting financial

Qualifications

• Highly organised with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to learn new tools quickly.
• Experience in project management with multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience handling financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Learner and member support through registration, course access, completion and certification.
• Administer and maintain learning and booking systems such as JustGo and RowHow.
• Set up online classrooms, learner accounts, joining instructions and tutor resources.
• Support course feedback and quality assurance, including learner feedback tools.
• Coordinate distribution of physical resources to tutors for delivery.
