A bit about the Role The Volunteer & Workforce Development Coordinator provides the essential administrative and project management support that underpins British Rowing’s learning and workforce delivery operations. Working closely with the Volunteer & Workforce team colleagues, this role ensures the smooth planning, scheduling and administration of courses, development opportunities and bespoke projects.
You will administer British Rowing’s systems – JustGo and RowHow (our Moodle based learning management system) – to 1) ensure courses and participants are managed efficiently and accurately, and 2) to ensure workforce registration data is accurate. This role plays an important part in delivering high-quality volunteer and workforce qualifications, programmes and projects. You will help ensure this support is accessible, member-focused and delivered in line with British Rowing’s commitment to inclusion, safeguarding and respect.
