Job summary

Thames Water is seeking a Volunteer and Charity Partnerships Coordinator to support the Community Investment Team in delivering an enhanced employee volunteering programme and engaging employees through the 'time to give' allowance. You will liaise with community and supply chain partners, organise charity partnerships and fundraising activities, and promote volunteering across the business.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage own workload.
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including environmental and charity sectors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data handling.
• Experience in planning and organising volunteering activities.

Responsibilities

• Source, plan, manage and deliver volunteering activities for teams and partners.
• Engage colleagues as community, volunteering and charity champions.
• Support the Community Speaker Programme operations.
• Provide secretariat support to the Charity Partnerships Committee.
• Coordinate the employee choice charity selection every two years.
• Support fundraising events across the business for charity partners.
• Track data and report on community investment performance.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders.
• Travel to other Thames Water sites for meetings and outreach.
