Thames Water is seeking a Volunteering and Charity Partnerships Coordinator to support its Community Investment Team from a hybrid position at Clearwater Court, RG1 8DB. The role delivers a refreshed employee volunteering programme, strengthens partnerships, and coordinates fundraising activities.

You will drive engagement and help employees maximise their volunteering time. Responsibilities include managing volunteering activities, promoting partnerships, supporting the Speaker Programme,

Competenze

• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience of managing own workload and meeting deadlines.
• Experience of working with a wide range of stakeholders, including environmental and charity sectors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience of planning and organising.

Mansioni

• Source, plan, manage and deliver volunteering activities for teams.
• Promote activities with charitable and community investment partners.
• Engage colleagues as community, volunteering and charity champions.
• Support the day-to-day operation of the Community Speaker Programme.
• Provide secretariat support to the Charity Partnerships Committee.
• Coordinate a new employee choice charity process every two years and recruit volunteers.
• Organise fundraising events across the business for charity partners.
• Track and report data on community investment activities and case studies.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders and customers.
• Occasional travel to other Thames Water sites for meetings.
