Tullie in Carlisle is seeking a Volunteering Assistant to support volunteer engagement for Project Tullie Phase 3—the Breaking Down Barriers initiative. This fixed-term role, funded by The National Lottery Heritage Fund, supports the Volunteer Manager and helps recruit, train and support volunteers, delivering the Active Gallery Volunteer Training programme.

The post is part-time (22.5 hours per week), Grade C (£24,549–£25,359 pro rata), and fixed-term until 30 December 2028.

Responsabilités

• Support the Volunteer Manager to recruit, support and train volunteers for Project Tullie Phase 3, Breaking Down Barriers.
• Foster diverse representation within Tullie’s volunteer workforce.
• Provide bespoke, individual support for adults and young people needing extra help to volunteer.
• Support wellbeing and training opportunities for volunteers and delivery of the Active Gallery Volunteer Training programme.
