Join a forward-thinking charity as a Volunteer eCommerce Fulfilment Assistant and make a meaningful impact while gaining valuable experience in logistics and online retail. This role offers hands-on involvement in the end-to-end process of order fulfilment, from selecting items to ensuring they are beautifully packed for dispatch. You'll have the chance to develop essential skills in customer service and operations while supporting a vital cause that helps people across Yorkshire. Whether you can spare a few hours a week or just once a month, your contribution will be appreciated and will make a difference. Come be part of a fun and fulfilling team!
Make a difference just by being you
If you enjoy hands-on work, have an eye for detail, are organised and committed to good customer service then why not join our online retail team? This is an excellent opportunity if you want to gain experience in fulfilment, logistics, and eCommerce but would also suit someone who wishes to use their existing skills. Volunteering in our retail team is also an excellent way to make new friends and have fun. There is no minimum time commitment that we expect from our volunteers so whether you can do a few hours a week or once a month, we’ll do our best to offer a role that fits in with your schedule. No previous experience is necessary as training will be provided.
What happens next?
If you decide to apply, a member of the volunteering team will contact you and ask you to come in for an initial chat. This is not an interview, just a chance to get an idea of what the role will involve. It is also a great chance to have a look around the Donation Centre and meet the people you will be volunteering with.
