Job summary

Linking Lives UK is seeking a strategic lead to grow our individual donor support on a short-term basis. You will shape the donor journey and help expand income across the UK, working closely with our Operations Director and Finance Manager.

The role focuses on developing engaging donor communications, expanding supporter engagement, and delivering sustainable fundraising strategies to address loneliness through 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience in fundraising, sales, marketing, or donor engagement.
• Knowledge of the charity or non-profit sector.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the individual donor journey and strategy.
• Grow donor income base and long-term sustainability.

We are looking for a strategic thinker with experience in growing individual donor support, to join us on a short term basis, so we can grow our income base and sustainability to address loneliness across the UK.

Linking Lives UK has been creating meaningful connections of hope across the UK since 2016. This year, we want to develop into new areas to create more of these for people who need them. However, to support this, we are in need of extra funding. We want to recruit a dynamic and strategic lead who can grow our individual donor support in colloboration with our Operations Director and Finance Manager.
