Merrifield Consultants is partnering with a leading children's charity to find a Supporter Engagement Manager to lead the Individual Giving programme. This role focuses on driving supporter acquisition, retention, and stewardship to generate sustainable income growth.
The ideal candidate should have proven success in managing Individual Giving programmes and digital fundraising campaigns, along with strong budgeting and analytical skills. This is a permanent full-time position with a hybrid working pattern.

This is a key fundraising role with responsibility for delivering supporter engagement strategies, managing fundraising campaigns and strengthening long-term relationships with supporters.
