Lookers Wimbledon Volkswagen is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor for a 12-week temporary full‑time role. You will support the parts department, process orders the same day, and deliver excellent service in a busy retail workshop environment.

Working 42 hours per week (Mon-Fri 8:00–17:30, Sat 8:00–12:30 on rota). Salary £30,500 FTE plus bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experienced Parts Advisor with a customer‑facing focus.
• Ability to log stock discrepancies and work with the Parts Manager.

Responsabilités

• Assist in stock management and ensure accurate stock records.

Hours: 42 hours (Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm, Saturdays 8am to 12.30pm on a rota basis)

Working alongside a friendly and hard-working team of parts advisors, you will be able to build relationships and manage our customers expectations.

As a Parts Advisor, you will ensure that all customers at retail and workshop areas are dealt with quickly and efficiently and that all orders are processed on the same day.You will be required to complete all administrative functions in an accurate and timely manner and log any discrepancies of stock with the Parts Manager.
