A local authority in Northamptonshire is seeking a Voids Surveyor to join their Property Services team for an initial three-month contract. The role supports the Repairs and Maintenance Team with void surveys, site safety checks, snagging, and post-inspections.

Purpose of the role: To be part of the day-to-day operational management of the Council's Repairs and Maintenance Team, providing a high quality and cost effective repairs and maintenance function. Carrying out void surveys for specification, site safety visits, work in progress visits, snagging & post inspections.
