Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the site and organisational activities to deliver voids works safely and to programme.
• Develop relationships to protect Cardo's reputation while remaining customer focused.
• Promote good governance through Cardo's policies and procedures.
• Plan, allocate and evaluate daily workloads required for voids.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and the scheduling team.
• Provide reporting updates and manage project risks, costs and quality.
