Job summary

WPS is seeking an experienced Voids Supervisor to manage refurbishment and turnaround of void properties across our housing stock, based out of Walton-on-Thames. The role requires a strong trade background and experience delivering high-quality works within social housing.

You will supervise operatives and subcontractors, producing specifications, conducting inspections, and ensuring works meet safety standards, on time and within budget. DBS checks apply at offer stage.

Qualifications

• SSSTS qualification (essential).
• Strong trade background with multi-trade knowledge.
• Experience supervising voids, repairs, or planned works within social housing.
• Good understanding of void standards and refurbishment works.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
