Job summary

Niyaa People is seeking a Voids Supervisor to lead a team of trades across South Central sites in Basingstoke, Oxford, Portsmouth and Southampton. The role focuses on delivering a customer-focused voids service within social housing, ensuring safety and quality standards.

Successful candidates will have experience supervising voids or construction-related teams and a strong knowledge of property maintenance, with a proven ability to manage performance and deliver value. Salary: £45,000–£48,000.

Responsibilities

• Manage, motivate and develop a team of multi trades.
• Carry out site inspections, quality checks, risk assessments and toolbox talks.
• Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required standards.
• Monitor productivity, performance and service targets, taking corrective action where required.Coordinate labour resources and support effective scheduling of work.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring value for money and quality outcomes.

We are looking for a proactive and motivatedVoids Supervisor to join a leading Property Services team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering an efficient, customer-focusedvoids service across their homes.

You will be based across their South Central sites in Basingstoke, Oxford, Portsmouth and Southampton

This role is offering a salary of £45,000-£48,000
