Hamilton Woods Associates is recruiting a Repairs Manager in Manchester with hybrid working. The role leads a team of 12 trades operatives delivering a voids service, while driving system and data improvements and managing budget requirements.

Initially a temporary engagement with potential for permanent placement, at least one day per week in office is required. The ideal candidate has proven leadership in repairs services, strong budget oversight, and experience in delivering repairs KPIs

Formación

• Experience leading a repairs service in a social housing or similar environment.
• Proven ability to manage and develop teams.
• Experience of budget management.

Responsabilidades

• Provide operational leadership to a team of 12 trades operatives to deliver the voids service.
• Lead system, data and process improvements.
• Drive repairs KPIs and interventions.
• Oversee leadership of trade operatives, subcontractors and resources.
• Ensure safe, efficient and value-for-money service delivery.
• Act as escalation point for complex repairs and customer complaints and resolve them.
