Voids Property Cleaner
Chichester - covering south coast areas

Hyde is looking to recruit a Voids Property Cleaner.

As aVoids Cleanerat Hyde, you will be working across a wide patch on the South Coast to carry out deep cleans on empty homes, ensuring they are safe, hygienic, and ready for new tenants. This role will cover a wide patch of areas from Southampton to Brighton.
Responsibilities
• Carry out deep cleans in vacant properties, including environmental and end-of-tenancy cleans
• Remove furniture, rubbish, carpets, and non-approved fittings from all areas including basements and lofts
• Tidy and clear gardens, removing debris, fly-tipping, and overgrown vegetation
• Clean garages and sheds, including dismantling where needed
• Load and unload waste safely and transport it to an approved tip using the company van
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety procedures
Skills and Experience Required
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential – van and fuel card provided)
• Experience in deep cleaning, end-of-tenancy, or environmental cleaning
• Comfortable with physical, hands-on work in varied property conditions
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Understanding of health and safety procedures
