£12.58 per hour

Shift pattern: Monday - Friday and Saturday evenings after 19:00 for up to 5 hours per shift

Keeping our hospitals clean is a priority. We are looking for a Housekeeper to help create a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for patients by cleaning and preparing various areas, using the latest equipment and products, supported by a first-class training programme. You will take pride in your work and undertake responsibilities such as room cleaning, waste removal, linen collection, and deep cleaning.

As a Housekeeper, you will:

• Care about our patients, organizing your work and planning your time with assistance from our Heads of Housekeeping to ensure cleaning does not interfere with patients' experiences
• Be friendly, with good communication and customer service skills, useful when working in a team and interacting with patients
• Be motivated, friendly, and flexible
• Ideally have experience in a similar role, be well-organized, and ensure cleaning processes are followed to keep the environment clean, pleasant, and safe for patients
• Work closely with the Infection Prevention team, reporting incidents as needed
