Job summary

Sanctuary Group in West Bromwich is seeking an Estate Technician to join our voids team. The role involves clearing and cleaning void properties, disposing of bulk waste, and maintaining tools and equipment while complying with health and safety regulations.

You will work in a two-person drive team, handle daily records, and support preparing properties for new occupants. A full UK driving licence is required, and opportunities for skill development are available within the team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Experience in a domestic/cleaning environment.
• Must hold a full valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Clearing and cleaning void properties.
• Removal of bulk waste.
• Grass cutting, litter picking and garden salvage.
• Carrying out compliance checks.
• Completing daily work records and maintaining stock levels.
• Ensuring tools and equipment are kept in a usable condition.
• Providing accurate information and updates on progress of allocated work.
