Job summary

Sanctuary Group in Banbury is seeking an Estate Technician to support a portfolio of sites with hands-on maintenance, grounds work, cleaning and general handyperson duties. You will help keep sites safe, clean and well-presented, delivering reliable service across multiple locations.

The role requires practical, team-oriented applicants who can work independently, hold a UK driving licence, and are willing to obtain certifications such as BICS, NVQ2 in Horticulture and PA1‑PA6.

Qualifications

• Practical, hands-on maintenance, cleaning or similar roles.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Reliable, self-motivated and time-conscious.
• Willing to work towards BICS/NVQ2 PA certifications.
• Valid UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine grounds maintenance and landscaping tasks.
• Deliver cleaning services across multiple sites.
• Perform general maintenance and handyman duties including minor repairs.
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed at all times.
• Maintain accurate daily records and report site issues promptly.
• Respond to service disruptions to meet customer expectations.
