Job summary

Raven Housing Trust is recruiting a Voids Cleaner to join the Voids Team in our organization. The role focuses on delivering a high-quality cleaning service to Raven’s void properties, ensuring homes are safe, clean, and ready for re-let.

You will work within a large, multi-skilled trades team, contributing to an outstanding, customer-focused service. DBS clearance is required for this role, and a flexible, team-oriented approach will be essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering cleaning services, including void properties.
• Ability to use handheld devices for recording work and materials.
• DBS clearance may be required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-quality cleaning service across void properties.
• Complete general cleaning duties: sweeping, hoovering, mopping, dusting, polishing, and deep cleaning kitchens and bathrooms.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and follow health and safety rules.
• Record completed work and materials used using handheld IT devices.

What you’ll achieve in the role:

To deliver a high-quality cleaning service to Raven’s void properties, ensuring homes are safe, clean, and ready for re let. The role works collaboratively with other teams as required and contributes as part of a large, multi skilled trades team to deliver an outstanding, customer focused service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivery of a high quality cleaning service across void properties
• Completion of all general cleaning duties, including sweeping, hoovering, mopping, dusting, polishing, and deep cleaning of kitchens and bathrooms
• Safe operation of cleaning equipment and correct use of cleaning materials in line with health and safety requirements
• Accurate recording of completed work and materials used via hand held IT devices
