Job summary

Gamma in Glasgow is seeking a Customer Support Technician to provide proactive service to our largest clients. The role covers fault management, product support, and diagnostic work in a fast-paced team.

You will work a Monday–Friday hybrid pattern from the Glasgow office, with three days in the office and a rotating start time. Training will be provided to cover our voice and data solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with Voice and Data technologies is a plus.
• Eligible to work in the UK; basic DBS check required.

Responsibilities

• Fault management and diagnostic troubleshooting.
• Provide general support for in-house communications products.
• Deliver excellent customer service using technical skills.
