VodafoneThree is seeking a Strategy Manager to lead strategic projects from assessment to delivery. You will translate complex market and financial data into actionable recommendations, partnering with senior stakeholders to shape priorities and investments.

Job description

Location: Stoke/Newbury/Speechmark + *Hybrid

Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits

Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday

What you’ll do

As a Strategy Manager you will lead strategic projects end-to-end, from initial assessment through to delivery. Working cross-functionally, you will turn complex market, customer and financial data into clear recommendations that help shape business priorities, support investment decisions and deliver measurable growth.

• You will develop innovative strategies that solve complex business challenges, anticipating competitor actions and market changes to drive better outcomes.
• You will build commercial and financial models to assess strategic opportunities, test key assumptions and support business decision-making.
• You will partner with senior stakeholders to develop strategic insights, recommendations and solutions that support business priorities and growth.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse data, validate findings and drive strategic decisions backed by clear insights.
• You will use market and competitor insights to identify opportunities, inform strategic decisions and help strengthen VodafoneThree’s competitive position.

Who you are

• You will have experience of working within a strategy organisation (either industry or consulting)
• You will have an innovative and strategic approach to problem-solving, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions to complex business challenges.
• You will have effective and impactful communicating skills
• You will be a natural collaborator with strong stakeholder management skills
• You will have a proactive mindset and strong curiosity, enabling you to identify opportunities and drive meaningful outcomes.
