Kinaxia Logistics Limited is seeking an experienced VNA Operative for our Crick site. Your role includes picking, packing, sorting and preparing stock for dispatch while upholding safety and customer service standards.

The position offers a Monday-Friday pattern with multiple shifts and benefits. Prior warehouse experience and a valid FLT licence are desirable, along with strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Complete consignment paperwork accurately and on time.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and missing items.
• Carry out daily and weekly safety checks on equipment and work areas.
• Report and complete relevant compliance documentation.
• Maintain excellent housekeeping throughout the warehouse.
• Follow Health & Safety procedures and work safely.
• Support other departments to ensure operational efficiency.

About The Role

As a VNA Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the warehouse. You'll be responsible for picking, packing, sorting and preparing stock for dispatch while maintaining exceptional standards of safety and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
