Proman in Worcester is hiring a VNA / Logistics Operative to join a busy warehouse team. You'll be trained across VNA operations and general logistics to match your skills.

The role offers Monday to Friday mornings, up to 48 hours, weekly pay, and full training with free onsite parking, canteen and pension. Overtime paid up to £20.28 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or VNA is beneficial but not essential.
• Good attendance, reliability and ability to carry out manual handling.
• Willingness to learn and flexibility to work overtime.

Pay Rates

First 12 Weeks

• £13.03 per hour
• £17.37 per hour overtime (Monday-Saturday)
• £19.55 per hour overtime (Sunday)

After 12 Weeks

• £13.52 per hour
• £18.03 per hour overtime (Monday-Saturday)
• £20.28 per hour overtime (Sunday)

The Role

As a VNA / Logistics Operative, you'll be trained across a variety of warehouse and logistics functions to match your skills and experience. Duties may include:

• Operating VNA equipment
• Moving stock throughout the warehouse
• Loading and unloading products
• Supporting warehouse operations
• Maintaining high standards of safety and housekeeping
