Job summary

MET Recruitment UK LTD is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing logistics operation in Coleshill for a VNA Driver. You will join a clean, modern site with a collaborative team and support daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, PPT and counterbalance work.

Key requirements include a valid VNA licence and counterbalance licence; previous warehouse experience is helpful but not strictly required.

Are you an experienced VNA Driver looking to join a fast-growing logistics operation? We're recruiting on behalf of a rapidly expanding 3rd Party Logistics warehouse based in Coleshill, offering long-term prospects, great working conditions, and a genuinely supportive team culture.

About the Role

As a VNA Driver, you will be working on a clean, modern site with a fantastic atmosphere and a friendly, collaborative team. You will play a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations both inside the warehouse and in the yard including picking, packing, PPT and counterbalance work.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a VNA truck safely and efficiently
• Carry out a range of warehouse duties, including loading, unloading and stock movement
• Support operations across both the warehouse and the yard
• Work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment
• Maintain high standards of safety, accuracy, and housekeeping

Requirements

• Valid VNA Licence - Essential
• Counterbalance licence and experience
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to adapt to change
• Previous warehouse experience beneficial but not required for the right candidate

• Starting from £14
• Rotating shifts
• AM / PM
