Job summary

Kinaxia Logistics is hiring a VNA Operative at our Crick site in Northamptonshire. The role involves picking, packing, sorting and preparing stock for dispatch, with emphasis on safety and customer service.

You will work on a Monday-Friday schedule with various shifts (6:00–2:00, 2:00–10:00, 10:00–6:00) and full uniform and PPE provided. Benefits include pension, life assurance, on-site parking, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience.
• Understanding of warehouse Health & Safety procedures.
• Experience using stock management systems.
• Valid FLT Licence (VNA experience desirable).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Complete all consignment paperwork accurately and on time.
• Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and missing items.
• Carry out daily and weekly safety checks on warehouse equipment and work areas.
• Report and complete all relevant compliance documentation.
• Maintain excellent housekeeping standards throughout the warehouse.
• Work safely and follow all Health & Safety procedures.
• Support other departments when required to ensure operational efficiency.

About the Role
