Job summary

Kinaxia Logistics Limited operates a warehouse site in Roudham, England. The Warehouse Operative will perform order picking and packing, plus sorting stock to prepare for loading, ensuring timely, accurate service and a high level of customer satisfaction.

The role requires daily safety checks, scanner use, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Typical hours are 40 per week, Monday to Friday, with training opportunities available for CPC and career development.

Qualifications

• FLT licence or equivalent forklift certification.

• Ability to follow process and keep accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Complete consignment paperwork accurately and on time.
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve stock issues.
• Perform daily/weekly safety checks on manual handling equipment.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and workspace cleanliness.
• Work safely, complying with Health and Safety regulations.
• Assist other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Use scanner to track items.

Kinaxia are recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join their team at their site in Roudham. The Warehouse Operative will be responsible for order picking/packing or sorting from warehouse stock in preparation for loading to ensure the smooth day to day operation of the business whilst maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction and safety.

About The Job

• Complete all consignment paperwork in an accurate and timely manner to deliver a world class service;
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies relating to missing items of stock and dispatch to reduce customer complaints;
• Undertake daily/weekly safety checks on the manual handling equipment and work areas, complete any relevant paperwork and deliver to your Team Leader/Supervisor/Manager to ensure the business is fully compliant;
• Operate high standards of general housekeeping in order to maintain a clean and tidy workplace at all times;
• Work in a safe manner and in compliance with Health and Safety regulations to reduce the risk of accidents;
• Assist other departments as and when necessary in order to ensure the smooth running of the business.
• Use of scanner.
